From a very young age Erika became fascinated by the world of catering, with a family tradition of catering it was inevitable; growing up around such delicious food and happy clients Erika always felt motivated to grow and improve, this is why she not only learnt first hand from her family but also decided to take up catering as an education at ITS as well as working abroad to gain experience.

It is in fact abroad on the other side of the World that the idea of Crave chocolate by Deguara would start taking root, on her travels in Australia Erika worked for a small but renowned confectioner in Australia, specialising in chocolate.
